Cardiff  Residences 

This infill development consists of ten homes that occupy an old greenhouse site. The design of the project maintains the existing pattern of development in this Cardiff by the Sea neighborhood. Five unique plans, each with two sets of exterior elevations were utilized to give the development the look of different individual homes. The stylistic approach includes, Mediterranean, Craftsmen, Prairie school, and Beach cottage.
